DETAILS: Owners locked and tied their tender to the dingy dock, and disabled the 25HP engine from starting. Thieves stole 2 dinghy anchors and then set the dinghy adrift. Another cruiser noticed the drifting dinghy and retrieved it, and returned it to the owners.
