DETAILS: An in-the water but cable locked dinghy (center console / 40 HP Honda) was stolen overnight. The dinghy was not operable when stolen, and apparently the thieves abandoned it. A police report was made and the Gendarmes recovered the dinghy/outboard (only minor damage) and returned it to the owners.
