DETAILS: Owners left their dinghy chain locked to the small dinghy dock at the southwestern end of anchorage “C” in Spanish Waters during daylight hours. On their return less than an hour later they found that the 20HP Yamaha outboard that had been padlocked to the dinghy had been stolen. The police took a report but did no forensics.
