DETAILS: Yacht owners slept onboard while thieves that had been very active on this night (see incidents 2617, 2619, 2616, and 2618) were unable to steal their in-the- water but well locked dinghy/outboard/fuel tank. The thief was successful at stealing a spare (but unlocked) fuel tank/fuel line from the yachts deck.
