DETAILS: A dinghy locked to the Prickly Bay marina dinghy dock was stolen. When the owner contacted marina management it was found that the video surveillance was not functional. A police report was made.
CSSN UPDATE: updated to firsthand, victim was told by police a locked eBike was also stolen the same night, as well as a 40HP outboard from a raised dinghy in the marina.
