DETAILS: An in-the- water and not locked dinghy was stolen from a well lit and occupied yacht between 2200 – 0100HRS. The dinghy was tied closely to the yacht and the thieves boarded the swim platform in order to release and steal it. A police report was made, and on the local VHF net.
A nearby yacht heard some suspicious noise, and later discovered that thieves had attempted to steal his well locked outboard. See report 3634.
