DETAILS: A kayak and a SUP (stand up paddleboard) were both stolen from the deck of an occupied yacht anchored near Pigeon Beach between 0400-0500 HRS. A report was made to the police and Coast Guard.

STOLEN ITEMS: AB10vs dinghy / 18HP Tohatsu

DETAILS: Dinghy/outboard was cable locked to the dinghy dock by the fuel station. It has since been found in good order anchored off pigeon beach but with the 2ft blue bolt cutters and the cut cable left inside the dinghy. The thief was unable to defeat the locking system that secured the outboard to the dinghy. A police report was made.

DETAILS: A yacht in Tank Bay, English Harbour was boarded overnight while the owners slept onboard and the dinghy untied. It was recovered the next morning from the mangrove area minus the 15HP Yamaha outboard,fuel tank, fuel line and oars. A report was made to the marina and the police.

DETAILS: Overnight while the owners slept onboard a thief boarded their unlocked catamaran and removed cash from a wallet, nothing else was taken. A police report was made.

STOLEN ITEMS: Cash – taken from a wallet that was inside a dry bag under the nav station

DETAILS: A yacht anchored off Pigeon beach discovered that they had been boarded while they slept and cash taken from a wallet that was inside a dry bag, under the nav station. Nothing looked amiss and the theft was only discovered when the owners attempted to pay for a meal at a local eatery. Nothing else was taken, and 2 other yachts have reported similar events in Falmouth harbour on this same night. A police report was made.
