DETAILS: On the VHF radio net, I heard the report of the dinghy and outboard motor theft. Shell Bay anchorage is the bay in front of Nana Juana and Ram Marinas. I have been in Rio Dulce for the last year and I believe I have now heard of six dinghy and outboard motor thefts here.
