DETAILS: A charter yacht locked their dinghy, dinghy engine and fuel tank to the dinghy dock at St. Pierre, Martinique, and then spent the day ashore. When they returned they found 4 inches of water in the dinghy, the fuel tank disconnected from the engine, and the gear shift broken off and missing. They reported the incident to their charter company.
