DETAILS: All ten (10) dinghies left at the outer Woburn dock that night were found to have had their fuel siphoned from their fuel tanks. Other dinghies (est. 5) alongside yachts in the bay had experienced a similar problem during the prior week. It is not known if police reports were made by the affected owners.
