(DATE: 2014-01-07) A West Marine, 4 person, 11 foot dinghy with a brand new Tohatsu 15 HP 2-stroke engine, large fuel tank, anchor in forward lazerette, 2 oars was abandoned when underway from St. Vincent to St. Lucia. Both the engine and the dinghy have a Passion 4 C/GER 6262/Racing sticker on them. If found please contact the Caribbean Safety and Security Net.
