(DATE: 2013-11-10) A 9 ft Zodiac inflatable with 4-6 HP outboard was found adrift, upside down at 14 02 884 N 80 54 033W on the 7th of November by a yacht on passage from Isla San Andres to Jamaica. It appears the name might be “LARIMAR”. It had considerable growth and was likely adrift for some time. Dinghy owners were identified by a visitor to this site, and the dinghy is on the way back to the owners in the Dominican Republic. It was lost in Los Roques, VZ and recovered about 10 days later after traveling more than 800 miles. FAST !
