DETAILS: 9.8 HP Tohatsu (not locked) was stolen overnight from an in-the-water and not locked dinghy , which was alongside an occupied yacht anchored near Hog Island. It is not know if a police report was made.
It is believed this theft is related to the theft of a dinghy from the Woburn dinghy dock earlier that night (Incident 2617), and at least 2 other outboard thefts., incidents 2619, 2618.

UPDATE: This outboard was recovered by police and returned to the owners. No arrests were made.
