DETAILS: Owners were awakened in the early hours when they heard noises from an outboard engine. They looked through a portlight and saw a thief onboard their yacht removing a fishing rod from its holder. The thief departed before they were able to get to the deck, when it was noticed he had stolen 2 rods.
A second boat had their outboard engine stolen the same night. See report 3309.
